I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 27 years of post graduate experience.  My experience counseling women, children and families has been in a variety of clinic settings including hospital based perinatal and women's clinics, Listening Mothers groups, and an international adoption agency. My focus has been on life transitions, especially into motherhood. 

I graduated from Washington University's George Warren Brown School of Social Work in St. Louis, Missouri in 1998 with a Master of Social Work. I have had extensive training in the field of mother/baby relationships which included a year of infant observation and I am also EMDR and Flash trained. My work and training has also included in-depth work with post partum depression/anxiety as well as pregnancy related grief and loss and infertility.  In 2026 I completed a post graduate certificate program in veterinary social worker through NYU.  

I am a member of Washington State Society for Clinical Social Work,  Perinatal Support Washington and American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
